The Journey Behind My Work

I know what it feels like to be the steady one — the business owner, the volunteer, the leader, and still wonder if anyone really sees you.

For years, I wore all the hats as a small business owner, running a family business with my husband, raising kids, homeschooling, volunteering, and serving my community. Like many entrepreneurs, I gave my best and still felt invisible at times.

That’s when I learned: visibility isn’t about being louder, trendier, or chasing every algorithm. It’s about building presence that lasts.

Like many small business owners, I wore all the hats. I was stuck on the social media hamster wheel — creating posts and reels that disappeared in 24 hours. It was exhausting, and it wasn’t growing my business.

Coaching may be my profession, but connection is what drives me. Here's a little more about the life behind the business.

I’m a wife, mom, and longtime Rotarian in Temecula, deeply rooted in service, leadership, and community impact.
I once ran for city council (turns out politics wasn’t my path, but purpose is).
I’ve built and scaled my own business for nearly 30 years—while raising kids, homeschooling, and reinventing myself more than once.
I’m fueled by iced coffee, color-coded planners, and cheering on women who’ve been sidelined or silenced for far too long.
My coaching style? Grounded, encouraging, and just rebellious enough to challenge the status quo, especially for Gen X women who are done playing small.
These days, you’ll usually find me with a notebook in one hand and a mic in the other, helping women turn their stories into something that actually makes a difference.
