Kathy Sizemore Consulting retains full ownership of all original frameworks, methodologies, and systems, including but not limited to the Authority Web Framework, S.I.M.P.L.E. YouTube Strategy, Visibility Web Methodology, Belief Bridge Framework, ELEVATE Framework, and any derivative works, regardless of whether they are delivered in written, video, audio, or any other format.

Payment and Refund Policy

All prices for products, courses, and programs are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Kathy Sizemore Consulting uses Kajabi to process all transactions. By completing a purchase, you agree to Kajabi's payment processing terms.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Kathy Sizemore Consulting, including but not limited to the YouTube Advantage Business Academy, digital downloads, workshops, and any other paid program or product, are final and non-refundable.

Because our programs and digital products deliver immediate access to intellectual property and educational content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. This policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed the content, completed any lessons, or implemented any strategies.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understand this no-refund policy and agree to it as a condition of your enrollment or purchase.

Annual Memberships and Renewals

Annual memberships, including the YouTube Advantage Business Academy, renew automatically at the end of each membership year unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. You are responsible for managing your membership renewal settings within your Kajabi account.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current membership period. You will retain access to member content through the end of your paid term.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that falls within our stated no-refund policy is considered a violation of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, Kathy Sizemore Consulting reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to all programs and products without notice, and to pursue recovery of any associated fees and costs.
