For established service business owners whose marketing could be describing anyone

When your marketing talks to anybody, it talks to nobody.

I build the complete written picture of the person your business serves best, in one working document, and walk you through it one on one. So every post, email, and video you put out sounds like you wrote it just for her.

At A-Bell, our family's security company, I've walked away from big bids. Big ones.

Because I could tell the money would be miserable to make. More service calls, more friction, more cost in the long run. We keep a list of better-fit companies and refer those jobs out.

I can say no that fast because I know exactly who we serve. That knowing is written down. It's not a feeling I check in the moment. It's a decision I made once, on paper, and every bid gets measured against it.

Most business owners are running without that document. This offer builds it for you.

You're good at what you do. That was settled a long time ago.

But when you sit down to write a post or an email, you're writing to a crowd you can't picture. So you keep it broad, because broad feels safe. And broad is exactly why nobody answers.

Nobody reads a generic post and thinks, "She wrote that just for me. She gets me." And that sentence, in some form, is the only thing that makes a stranger become a client.

The cost isn't only the quiet inbox. It's the months of content that didn't move anyone. The discovery calls with people who were never a fit. The projects you took because you couldn't articulate why you shouldn't, and then paid for in friction for a year. I've watched that math play out across three decades of running businesses, and the pattern is always the same: vague messaging fails in both directions. The right people scroll past it, and the wrong ones walk right in.

The offer

The ELEVATE Ideal Client Master Guide, delivered in a one-on-one Client Clarity Audit.

You answer three questions. I build the rest.

The result is a 23-section written guide to the one person your business serves best: what she's afraid of, what she's already tried, the words she uses when she describes her problem to a friend, what she needs to believe before she'll buy, and what to say to her at every stage of her decision.

When you know your person at that level, your message becomes a bird call for the exact bird you're trying to attract. The right people feel like you market just for them. The wrong ones quietly filter themselves out before they cost you a bid, a meeting, or a month of back-and-forth.

What you're buying here is clarity. Clarity on your client. Clarity in your messaging. Clarity in what you develop and offer next. All of it comes from one source: knowing, in writing, exactly who she is.

Who's building it

I'm Kathy Sizemore.

My husband Chris and I have run A-Bell Alarms, our family security company, for nearly thirty years, serving Southwest Riverside County since 1985. I've also spent years teaching established business owners how to get found on YouTube, under a philosophy I stand behind: findable, not famous.

That combination matters here. I'm not a marketer who's only ever marketed marketing. I've priced real bids, hired real people, and turned down real money because it was the wrong money. When I read your intake answers, I'm reading them as an operator who has made these calls with her own payroll on the line.

I didn't invent the idea of an ideal client guide. I bought one, for my own business, and it changed the content I create. It gave me insight into my ideal client that helped me understand her better: the products she might need, the videos I should create, new ways I could help her. It pinpointed the way I wrote and spoke to my client. I know what a document like this does, because I've been on the receiving end of one.

And I knew I could create a fuller, better experience. I knew I could help small business owners like me, and show them how to use it, how this information could help their businesses. That's the reason the guide doesn't arrive alone. It comes with the Quick Start, the Prompt Book, and a call where I show you what yours means.

Before I let anyone pay me for this, I built the benchmark guide for my own business. All 23 sections, held to the same standard I'll hold yours to. Then I stress-tested the build process repeatedly until it caught its own mistakes, because a confident wrong answer in a document like this is worse than no document at all.

I don't ask clients to be the experiment. The experiment already happened. On me.

What changes when the guide exists

Writing gets faster, and it gets better at the same time, because you're no longer guessing who you're talking to. Sales calls start warmer. Your marketing already did the recognizing, so the person on the other end shows up half-decided. Wrong-fit work becomes something you can see coming, which makes saying no simple instead of agonizing. Your AI tools finally sound like you, because you've handed them the one thing they can't invent: a true picture of your person. And the gap that's been bothering you for years, being excellent at what you do while feeling like the best-kept secret in your industry, starts to close.

I know the fear on the other side of this. I've felt it myself: narrow down who you serve, and it sounds like fewer customers and less money. In practice it runs the other way. Right-fit clients decide faster, stay longer, and pay more happily, because both of you can feel the fit.

What's included

  • The 23-section ELEVATE Ideal Client Master Guide, written for your business from your three intake answers. Not a template with your name dropped in. Every section reasoned through for you.
  • A branded PDF you'll actually want to open, plus a plain .txt companion file built for your AI tools, so ChatGPT and Claude can read your guide cleanly and write in your world instead of guessing at it.
  • The Quick Start, so you know what to do with the guide in your first week.
  • The Prompt Book, ready-to-use prompts that put the guide to work in your AI tools immediately.
  • Your guide, installed. A ready-to-use AI assistant built from your guide and set up for you: a Claude Skill if you work in Claude, a private custom GPT if you work in ChatGPT. It knows your person from the first sentence you type, and everything it runs on is yours to keep, independent of me and of any one AI company.
  • The one-on-one Client Clarity Audit, a private call where I walk you through the findings myself: the five things that matter most, the reframes worth sitting with, and your first three moves.

Twenty-three sections can sound abstract, so here is the actual table of contents

  1. About Your Brand & Purpose
  2. Ideal Client Snapshot (a day in her life)
  3. Desirable Transformation (her vision)
  4. Core Outcomes & Success Markers
  5. What They Say (Voice-of-Customer excerpts)
  6. Top Fears
  7. Top Frustrations
  8. Top Limiting Beliefs
  9. Current vs. Aspirational State
  10. Validation They Seek
  11. Performance & Skills Gaps
  12. Differentiators & Positioning
  13. Objections & Rebuttals
  14. Demographics (Only Where It Changes a Decision)
  15. Psychographics & Values
  16. Communication Preferences
  17. Happiness & Meaning Drivers
  18. Aspirational Identity
  19. Role Models & Influences
  20. Customer Journey Map
  21. Content Pillars & Messaging Themes
  22. Offer & CTA Mapping
  23. Tickle Points (What Makes Them Laugh)

Every section pairs what's true about her with what it means for your marketing: her words, the interpretation, the messaging consequences, and one prompt that puts it to work. And if a section doesn't earn its place for your business, it says so in two sentences and moves on. Nothing in this document is padded to hit a page count.

The Quick Start and the Prompt Book come with every guide, founding rate or standard. They exist because a document this thorough can sit unopened if nobody shows you the first move. The Quick Start is the first move. The Prompt Book is the next twenty. The installed assistant is the same idea taken further: I build it, we test it together on your audit call, and the Quick Start carries the recipe to rebuild it anywhere, so it never depends on me or on any single AI tool.

The price, plainly

Three intake questions from you. Everything else from me.

First five clients only
Founding rate
$497
The full service, in exchange for a testimonial after you've used the guide and case-study permission, with your approval on anything I publish.
Standard rate
$997
The complete guide, the .txt AI file, the Quick Start, the Prompt Book, and your private Client Clarity Audit.

The founding rate isn't a discount. It's a trade. You get the full service at half the standard rate. I get the testimonials and case studies this page is honest about not having yet. Both sides give something real, which is the only kind of deal I've ever trusted.

When the fifth spot fills, the founding rate ends. I won't extend it or run it again, because the people who took it earned it by going first.

And if the price question is really a value question: one wrong-fit client costs more than this. Not philosophically. Arithmetically. Add up the extra hours, the friction, the revisions, the drag on your energy, and a single bad fit clears $997 without trying. This document is how you stop taking those on. It pays for itself the first time you say no to the wrong client, and again every time the right person reads your content and feels recognized.

You'll receive your three intake questions within one business day. Answer them at your pace. I build your guide, and we schedule your call.

My commitment

If you complete the three intake questions and show up for your Client Clarity Audit, and the guide doesn't change how you see your marketing, tell me. I'll listen, and I'll make it right.

I'm not offering a casual money-back guarantee, because this is a done-for-you service where I invest real hours in your business before you've read a word. I'm also not hiding behind a no-refund policy. I'm telling you how I've done business for thirty years: if something I built for you doesn't do its job, that's my problem to solve, and I solve it.

You may have noticed there are no client quotes on this page.

That's because I'd rather show you an empty section than a padded one. This offer is new. The guide behind it is not: it's the same document I built for my own business and refined until it met my standard. The first five clients fill this section. If you want to be one of the names here, the founding rate is the door.

A few weeks from now

You sit down to write next week's content. Instead of staring at a blank screen wondering what to post and whether anyone will care, you open your guide to the section on what she's afraid of, and the words she actually uses, and you write a post that names the thing she's been carrying around.

She reads it and thinks, "How does she know?"

You know because it's in the guide.

Questions I'd ask too

How long does this take?

You control the first step: answering three questions at your pace. Once your answers arrive, I build your guide and we schedule your Client Clarity Audit, typically within two weeks.

Only three questions? Is that enough?

Yes, when the right person is reading the answers. The three questions are built to surface your story, the change you create, and how your offer works. If an answer is thin, I'll send one short follow-up email, never a second round of homework.

I serve more than one kind of client. Does this still work?

That's exactly the situation this guide untangles. Serving several kinds of people usually means marketing clearly to none of them. We find the one your business serves best, and the audit call is where we talk through what that means for the rest.

Is this a demographics profile?

No. Age and zip code don't write your marketing. This guide is built on what she believes, fears, wants, and says, because that's what your content, emails, and offers are actually made of. Demographics show up only where they change a decision.

What's the .txt file for?

It's your guide in a format AI tools read cleanly. Upload it to ChatGPT or Claude, use the Prompt Book, and your AI writes from a true picture of your person instead of inventing a generic one. No technical skill required beyond attaching a file.

Couldn't I just ask AI to do this for me?

You could, and you'd get 23 sections of plausible. AI fills gaps with averages. I fill them with judgment built from thirty years of deciding who to serve and who to walk away from. The guide works because a person reads your answers, notices what's missing, and makes calls an average can't make.

There are automated ideal client reports out there. How is this different?

They can be genuinely useful. I know because I bought one for my own business, and it changed my content, the products I offer, and the way I speak to my client. That experience is why I believe in this kind of document enough to build them for other people. What I add is what software can't: an operator reading your answers with thirty years of business behind her, and a one-on-one call where the guide gets handed to you with the findings explained. If instant and automated is what you need right now, those tools exist and I won't pretend otherwise. This is for the owner who wants the guide and the judgment.

What happens on the Client Clarity Audit call?

I present your guide: the findings that matter most, two or three reframes worth your attention, the gaps between what you're currently saying and what she needs to hear, and your first three moves. You leave with a plan.

If you're done marketing to everybody, start here.

Your complete 23-section ELEVATE Ideal Client Master Guide as a branded PDF and an AI-ready .txt file, the Quick Start, the Prompt Book, your guide installed as a ready-to-use AI assistant, and a private one-on-one Client Clarity Audit where I walk you through everything I found.

Founding rate $497 for the first five clients only. Standard rate: $997.

P.S. If you're reading this and the founding rate is still showing, a spot is open. When five clients are in, it's $997, and that's not a countdown timer talking. It's five actual chairs.

P.P.S. If the hesitation is "I should be able to figure out my own ideal client," I understand it. I also know what happened at A-Bell when we finally wrote ours down instead of carrying it around as instinct: we stopped bidding jobs that would have made us miserable, and the right jobs got easier to win. Instinct is real. Written down, it becomes something your whole business can use.
